The following payment policies apply to all purchases made through RELAF website.
Current referral program will not be applicable when client participated 100 Days Trial.
The payment is performed for Grab (PayLater), Credit Cards and FPX at the website only. Other payments available for manual online banking, debit/credit cards pay and cash when the client is visiting at the store/showroom.Â
Deposit(s) will not be refundable regardless when client request cancelation due to reconsideration or any other form of scenarios. As such, we reserve the right to inspect and determine the final result under any circumstances.
The billing information submitted must be equal to your credit card statement.

Situational scenarios may request client to send a copy of your credit card (front and back) and your credit card statement (only the credit card number and the billing address of the issuer bank’s logo) for verification to prevent any fraudulent order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and/or suspend delivery of your goods should the information submitted by you is not in order or the above documentations upon requested.
Free Shipping for West Malaysia only (excludes East Malaysia; Sabah and Sarawak)Â
Sabah and Sarawak shipping fee charges depends on the weight of the product(s) purchased.
The Delivery System is made custom in two categories; (1) Client whom purchased the product(s) which when stocks are insufficient, are to pre-order approximately two weeks time from oversea manufacturer. Then, once the stocks arrived, the logistics team will notify client to ready for shipping within another one week. (2) Client whom purchased the products when the stocks are ready, the shipping proceeds within 1-2 weeks time and 3-4 weeks time for West and East Malaysia respectively.
If client’s home requires booking time and necessary registration to enter the residency, please inform the needed details to the service team (the date and time occupied, the back-up contact number, the softcopy/hardcopy form, etc.). If fail to do so at time, the re-delivery will be appointed, and the fee will be charge upon the client. The team shall not bear any responsible to the carelessness of the client and lack of punctuality.Â
It is mandatory for client to provide a complete shipping address, thus the logistics team may improvise on time delivering the product safely.
If client requests return of the product due to mid-decision or sudden cancelation, client is held to be responsible for paying the cost of the next or re-delivery.
WARRANTY SERVICES
A. Small products (E.g.: Foot massager, back massager)
During the specified warranty period, if a performance fault relates to a manufacturing defect of the product (including software or accessory malfunction), free maintenance service of a defective part(s) of the product is provided.
One-to-one exchange service is applicable (subject to stock availability), if:
- The product is found to be an actual manufacturing defect after inspection and only valid on the day when received the product. After a day on receiver date shall not take any responsible from Relaf
- The product is accompanied with the original invoice.
B. Big products (E.g.: Massage chairs)
Within warranty period from the date of purchase, if a performance fault relates to a manufacturing defect of the product (including software or accessory malfunction), on-site maintenance service without any charges is provided.
WARRANTY STATEMENTS
(A) All product warranties are only valid after registration on our website and in Malaysia, but does not include the following scopes:
- Product is damaged by household pests and/or natural disasters, including but not limited to fire and floods;
- Damages caused by unauthorized repairs and/or tampering with goods;
- Electrical damages caused by wrong voltage output;
- Accessories go missing;
- Leather issue such as scratch or broken/peeling
- Damage done by user(s)/users’ pet or children or any other objects or any home scenario will not held responsible by the company.
- Warranty is only liable within 1 year for massage chair motor at East Malaysia. (Technical issues will not be covered by the warranty.Â
(B) The product warranty starting date is subject to the date of receipt.
(C) The product warranty is only effective if the product is purchased from Relaf.
(D) Hydraulic is not covered under warranty as it is susceptible to excessive weight placed on the chair seat, so even our highest quality hydraulic can’t bear more than what they are designed for(Advisable to check with our support to find the load range your chair can bear).
(E) Any damages resulted from excessive weight applied without verifying with the product maker. (Max user weight for all products are at 80KG-90KG)
(F) All warranty repairs and product exchanges require proof of purchase (original invoice).
(G) Damages caused by our technicians during delivery or/and on-site installation are covered by the product warranty.
(H) Under no circumstances shall Relaf be liable for incidental or accidental consequential loss.
All goods sold are non-refundable.
Free return & exchange policy is applied within the warranty. After warranty, repetitive repair fee and charges will be held responsible to the client.
A return and exchange of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective and/or damaged during delivery;
- The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by the technicians.
The return and exchange procedures are as follows:
- Notify the service team by WhatsApp at +6011-5418 9198 to request for return and exchange of the product.
- Client must provide Order ID for the customer service for evidence.
- After receiving your request, the service team will notify the client within 3-5 business days for further instructions and necessary fill-up information.
- Once the returned product(s) is accepted and inspected by the technician team, the procedure of reparation/replacement will done by approximately 1-2 weeks and 3-4 weeks time for West and East Malaysia respectively.
- RELAF will reserves the right to decline for any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and exchange.
