Return & Exchange Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable.

Massage chairs are applicable for 1 year warranty. Free return & exchange policy is applied within the warranty. After warranty, repair fee will be charged regarding the damage.

A return and exchange of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective and/or damaged during delivery;
  • The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our technicians.

The return and exchange procedures are as follows:

  • Please WhatsApp our customer support team at 01154189198 to request for return and exchange of the product.
  • Client must provide Order ID for the customer service for evidence.
  • After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
  • Once your return is accepted and inspected by us, we will process your exchange of the product parts within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Relaf reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and exchange.
